Blooms by Design was founded by Terri Dixon in 2022 and has been growing ever since! Terri has been a nurse for her entire career, but has always had a love for creating magical floral arrangements. She has a heart for serving others and she wants to use her creative talents to bring joy and happiness to others through her gifts the Lord

As a child, Terri was exposed to beautiful arrangements quite often. Robert E. Mulloy, her father, was a part time florist. Terri helped him with arrangements for weddings, funerals, special occasions with Belmont College,, corporate events and much more. There is no doubt Terri took after her father with these talents. Terri helped him with arrangements for weddings, funerals, special occasions with Belmont College,, corporate events and much more. There is no doubt Terri took after her father with these talents. Terri has helped friends and family over the years with arrangements, but it wasn't until her daughters wedding, where she created all of the arrangements, that she was led to start her floral business.
